October Greeting
Hello, beloved Women Add Value Community!
My name is Brenda C. Grimoldi, and I am honored to serve as Board Secretary and as one of the leaders of the Fueled by Prayer and Mental Health committees.
As we step into this new fall season, let’s meditate on God’s provision. October is the month of Harvest—a beautiful reminder that what we sow in faith, we will reap in blessing. When we intentionally dedicate time to growing our relationship with our Heavenly Father through prayer, we position ourselves for a bountiful harvest this month and beyond.
I invite each of you to connect with us through the Fueled by Prayer ministry. Together we pray for one another and raise funds that help Women Add Value continue its vital work.
Women Add Value’s mission is to facilitate faith-based self-development and leadership empowerment for women through comprehensive workshops, mentoring, interactive life-coaching experiences, and authentic community. This mission is deeply important to me because it rests on the firm foundation of Jesus Christ.
A Scripture I want us to reflect on this Harvest month is Galatians 6:7-9:
Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessings if we don’t give up.
I would love for you to join me at the Fueled by Prayer Brunch on October 24th. Come learn how you can intercede in prayer for others while helping raise support for WAV’s mission. It’s a special opportunity to sow into the lives of women and into the work God is doing through this community.
I look forward to seeing you there and to walking this harvest season together in prayer.
With love and expectation,
Brenda C. Grimoldi
