Women Add Value was founded on the fundamental belief that women, equipped with faith and leadership skills, have the power to make substantial contributions to society and effect positive change. The organization was established with the aim of providing a platform for women of faith to connect, grow, and collectively impact the world around them.
Founding Principles
From its early days, Women Add Value has dedicated itself to providing comprehensive training programs to women and women's organizations. These programs encompass a wide range of topics, including leadership development, personal empowerment, and spiritual resilience and Biblical counseling. By equipping women with the tools they need to excel, the organization strives to empower them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Empowering Through Training
What began as a local initiative quickly evolved into an international movement. WAV has expanded its reach far beyond the borders of the United States, extending its impact to women in El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and beyond. The organization's training programs, as well as mentorship sessions have reached women across South America, North America, Africa, and Israel, creating a network of empowered women united by their faith and dedication to positive transformation.
